Completed in Hobsonville, Auckland, this project consists of light industrial units with mezzanine floors. We supplied mass timber panels in visual grade.
Offsite manufacturing in mass timber construction projects has several benefits. Woodspan will take your plans and model each mass timber component, for coordination with other trades, and production on our CNC machine. Time needs to be allowed for this shop drawing process, but offsite manufacturing will dramatically cut down your build time and allows high quality components to be delivered to site, made to fit.
