McKenzie Terraces The Project This medium density development consists of 6 blocks of two story units. The Challenge The developer was looking for a cost effective and fast option for subfloor, midfloor and roof. They also required a product that would meet the passive fire requirements related to a medium density build. The Solution Woodspan PLT floor and roof panels have been used on multiple projects by this developer due to their ease of install and cost effectiveness. PLT was considered at the early concept stages of the design and therefore the panel spans have been optimised to achieve the most efficient build solution.
