WHOLE TIMBER (WT)
Whole Timber PLT panels are available in lengths up to 4500mm and are a non-visual panel which will have blemishes, knots and knot holes and voids on the face of the panel. We will fill the knots on the top face (>20mm radius only) with a commercial grade filler in our fabrication facility.
Whole timber is typically used in non-visual situation where machine damage is not a concern. Whole timber can be ordered as a visual panel (at additional cost) where we ensure there is no machine damage.

FINGER JOINT (FJ)
FJ Finger Joint PLT Panels are typically used as our visual panels or when longer lengths are required, they have a small frequency of natural timber features.
FJ PLT panels are available in lengths to 7200mm.
Non-visual structural panels will have minor blemishes and knots on the face of the panel. Visual panels will be free of knot holes and voids.
Non-visual panels can expect to have some machine damage.

FINGER JOINT (FJ) CLEAR
FJ Finger Joint Clear PLT panels are a highly visual grade of panel which is clear of all defects.
It is generally not used in large volume, and is used where a higher level of finish is required; such as exposed floor or feature areas.
FJ PLT Panels are available in lengths to 7200mm.
